Kevin is an experienced litigator that has represented individuals fighting to vindicate their rights and corporations in complex business disputes.  Kevin also has experience serving as an in-house counsel for sophisticated corporations.  This background gives Kevin the unique ability to provide business-practical advice to manage risk while remaining cost effective.  Kevin also has significant experience in North Carolina Appellate litigation, having started his career as a clerk for the Hon.
