Jeffrey K. Peraldo

Jeff Peraldo is a committed and experienced trial lawyer who knows and does what it takes to win. Jeff earned his undergraduate and law degrees from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina where he was a member of the Law Review and Moot Court Board.  Jeff is admitted to the practice of law in North Carolina and in the Federal Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of North Carolina.  He has also been admitted to practice in the Federal Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and he has been granted pro hace vice admissions in the State of Virginia. 

Jeff has been awarded an “AV” rating from the Martindale Hubbell lawyer rating service, has been named a member of the North Carolina “Legal Elite” by Business North Carolina Magazine and is listed in the Best Lawyers in America Consumer Guide. Jeff is a member of and has held leadership positions in numerous professional organizations, including the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the North Carolina Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
