Bob Benson

Bob Benson has practiced law in Greensboro for over 40 years.  Benson's decades of experience both in and out of the courtroom are invaluable to Greensboro Law Center's clients.  His experience gives him insight into virtually any legal situation.  Bob graduated from Wake Forest in 1972 and Wake Forest Law School in 1975.  

His clients have ranged from major entities like Gorga Consulting Services, Par 3 Development Group, BB&T, Bank of America, to individuals involved with every day legal issues with emphasis on personal injury, transactional law, business disputes, and real estate.   Bob's 40 years of legal experience in the Triad arms you or your business with an attorney who has been through the battles involved in almost every legal setting.  He also regularly conducts real estate closings,
commercial and residential.  He also has a domestic and traffic practice in Guilford County.  In 2014, Bob became the first attorney in North Carolina to successfully represent a client in a Megasite certification from the North Carolina Department of Commerce. Bob is active in the Greensboro community.   He is a Past President of Sedgefield Country Club, Past President of the Jamestown Civitan Club, and Past President of the Greensboro Host Lions Club.  Bob has also served on the Wake Forest Alumni Board and as Chairman of the Guilford County Deacon Club. Bob is married to the former Kathy Gallins and has two children, Laurie and Zack and two Grandchildren, Cate and Graham.
