James R. Faucher

James has extensive experience handling a wide range of trial matters, including business disputes, serious personal injuries, professional negligence, and land condemnation. James also represents victims of dangerous drugs and defective products in Multi-District Litigation nationally.

Additionally, James regularly works as local counsel for out-of-state attorneys, and has litigated matters with attorneys located in New York, Illinois, Virginia, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Minnesota, and other states in recent years.

James is licensed to practice in all trial and appellate courts in North Carolina, including the North Carolina Business Court, all Federal District Courts in North Carolina, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit. James has been selected as a Super Lawyer in North Carolina in numerous years, and he is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

James is a member of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice and the American Association for Justice. He is a 2000 graduate of Wake Forest University and a 2003 graduate, cum laude, from Washington and Lee University School of Law, where he was a member of the Washington & Lee Law Review. James and his wife Emily are the proud parents of four kids.
